LAURA DOMINGUEZ
Laura Dominguez is a People and Culture executive who partners with leaders to drive organizational design, scale, and transformation. Her career spans Fortune 5 companies such as Apple and Cisco, as well as high-growth innovators including Zscaler, Qualys, Resonate, and Internet Travel Network. Laura brings deep expertise in building people strategies that align culture, performance, and business outcomes.

Recognized for transforming HR into a strategic enabler of business success, Laura has partnered with CEOs and executive teams to design scalable operating models, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-performing, people-centric cultures that accelerate growth. Laura is also a speaker and panelist on leadership development, organizational transformation, and the future of work.
In addition to her corporate leadership and speaking engagements, Laura is a certified equine facilitator and executive coach, bringing powerful parallels from equine work into leadership development. Horses offer real-time, unbiased feedback — revealing how leaders communicate, build trust, regulate energy, and show up authentically. This experiential approach with equines has been life-changing for Laura personally and professionally, enabling her to lead as her true self and create deeper impact. Her understanding of the powerful effect equine coaching can have on people has led Laura to integrate this work to help leaders build clarity, connection, and results.

Today, Laura focuses on Fractional CHRO and CPO roles, executive coaching, and equine-facilitated leadership programs for individuals and executive offsites—helping leaders and teams align people, processes, and systems to enable sustainable growth and transformation.

Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from Palo Alto University and a master’s in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.

Laura volunteers with CASA and DreamPower, enjoys traveling, and spends her downtime hiking with her puppy.

One of Laura’s equine partners, Tabby, plays a meaningful role in her coaching work—helping individuals move beyond emotional blocks and connect more deeply with their authentic selves. Through her calm presence and intuitive feedback, Tabby enables leaders to gain clarity in their communication, goals, and direction—fostering purposeful and authentic leadership growth.
The Herd
Laura partners with several ranches globally to design and facilitate immersive offsite experiences. These settings provide leaders and teams with the space to reflect, reconnect, and realign—combining strategic dialogue with the transformative insights that emerge from working alongside horses.
